Paul Dalton (19 Dec 1957 - 9 Jan 2023)

In loving memory of Paul Dalton who sadly passed away on 9th January 2023.

As many of you will know, Paul had a long struggle with his health, particularly in regards to his heart. In light of this we ask that any donations be made to Southend University Hospital - Cardiac Care Unit or The British Heart Foundation.

The CCU are especially close to our hearts, as they cared not just for Paul, but also for us, with great respect on many occasions. It would mean a lot to Paul for money to be given to the CCU in his name, as he had built up a good relationship with all the staff on the ward, who greatly appreciated his sense of humour in difficult times; As Paul would say, "You've got to have a laugh!".

We've also chosen The British Heart Foundation, as research will help to ensure that more can be done to help people with similar conditions in the future.

We would request family flowers only, which should be sent to Stibbards at 74 Ness Road, Shoeburyness, Essex, SS3 9ND either early on the day of the funeral, or the night before.

There will be a book of remembrance at the reception but you can also leave messages, add photos and light a candle on this page if you wish.
