Cyril was the most amazing grandad anyone could have asked for. You could ask him any question in the world and he could answer it. He always gave the best advice and some of his advice has helped me along my own path in life. He always made us homemade cards for every birthday and Christmas; not once did he miss it.
I could listen to him tell his story’s about his fantastic experiences for hours and hours, it was so interesting and they usually had a life lesson to take away and reflect on.
Grandad was such an inspirational man and I really did look up to him. Grandad and nan brought up my dad, to be the best dad I could have asked for. I want to thank both of them for doing such a brilliant job.
Grandad will be missed very dearly by all that new him and I wish to thank grandad for being there when I needed him.
Grandad will be remembered for ever with in all of us.
