Joan, my number one fan and the kindest and sweetest woman I had the pleasure of knowing! You were an absolute sunbeam to be around. You adored the theatre and it was such an honour and joy for me to sit having a coffee with you in Cast after one of my shows at the Playhouse. You were an incredible woman and you’ll be sorely missed. Sending huge love xxx

My Mum who was always lovely, very kind and thoughtful, never an angry word said. We had plenty of fun shopping days out especially our annual shopping trips to London! Both loved Regents Park zoo and Madame Thussards in particular! Always very happy learning Poppy and Giles to read in the early years, you bought them many weekly magazines as you did also yourself.
