For decades we have talked to each other on the phone or seen each other on November 24th, Werner's birthday. Unfortunately, since his death more than two years ago, this is no longer possible.

Werner left behind a huge hole in all our lives, he is sadly missed by all whom had the good fortune to have known him. Today would have been his big 80th birthday, he would have celebrated it in style. Yvonne

Werner will be missed by us so much, his ability to " cut to the chase " was so reassuring and refreshing but sometimes he made laugh so much.
Whenever we think of Werner he always brings a smile to our faces and at the same so many fond and happy memoirs of him.
Our thoughts are with Yvonne, Paul and Jon .

In fond memory of a dear friend and colleague who I first met in the early 1960’s. Werner was a highly respected engineer and I valued the time we spent working together. His dry sense of humour was unforgettable.
