Rachel at the Brownhills branch went above and beyond for us as a family. I’m so glad we chose Jenifer Ashe & son for my mom’s funeral they supported us through the most difficult time in our lives. Highly recommended their service in our most saddest time.

What can I say, they are truly an amazing team, they gave my mom a send off she well deserved, very professional and caring at the same time. Outstanding service, Rachel couldn't have been more helpful and was understanding at all times. She really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and cared for our loved one beautifully.
All of their hard work ensured that we could give our loved one the send off she deserved. We could not fault the service we received and would recommend and use again without hesitation.

I contacted Jennifer Ash funeral services on the death of my brother Fred and Requested them to handle the funeral Arrangements. I could not have chosen any better, From the outset Rachael dealt with my Inquires and Requests in an Exemplary fashion. Rachel who looked after us was brilliant. She really took care to ensure all the fine details were to our liking for Kim’s funeral. We were able to contact her at any time via phone if we needed to. When sorting out the burial plot Rachel was great at chasing details and decisions for us which took the stress of finding her a suitable plot. Nothing was too much trouble. She made a real tough time for our family that little bit easier by just taking the stress away. The funeral arrangements were so well thought out that when the day arrived to lay Kim to rest it all flowed seamlessly and Joesph our funeral director on the day was fantastic. We felt really looked after throughout the whole process of organising the funeral to the actual day itself. Even when more people attended the funeral than what we were expecting the care of the staff was outstanding. We would highly recommend Jennifer Ashe to all our friends and family.
