I couldn’t praise everyone at Jennifer Ashe highly enough. Rachel was wonderful and available to respond out of hours which was unbelievable. It really took the stress out of a difficult time. Everything was arranged in one place including the flowers and donations which could be made online via a tribute page. All the staff were very respectful and professional and Dad’s funeral went beautifully. I would definitely recommend this company.

From start to finish, the care and professionalism shown by Jennifer Ashe and the entire team was exceptional.


The service for my dad was absolutely perfect, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better send-off. Rachel was wonderful throughout — kind, compassionate, and so supportive, helping us through every step with such care.

Joseph, the celebrant, captured my dad so beautifully with warmth and dignity, and Richard, our lead funeral director, was outstanding. His calm reassurance, kindness, and professionalism meant so much to our family during an incredibly difficult time.


We would also like to thank Jennifer Ashe Florist, who did a wonderful job with the flowers — they were beautiful and exactly as we had hoped.


Every detail was handled with compassion, respect, and genuine care, and we felt fully supported throughout the entire process. We will always be grateful for everything they did for us and would not hesitate to recommend Jennifer Ashe to anyone needing funeral services.

Jennifer Ashe & Son have been brilliant in caring for our beloved Mum, we would highly recommend them.

We reviewed a handful of other Funeral Director websites and after making some initial calls, we quickly realised that the price you see advertised as 'package prices' on some websites is not necessarily the price you pay. For example we were being told on the phone of added disbursements and costs. It was all very confusing to understand and compare prices, until we found Jennifer Ashe & Son's website. Their website was so easy to use and all the information was laid out in a simple and clear format, and most importantly the price you see advertised is the price you pay, no hidden extras.

From the first meeting with Rachel in the Lichfield office, everything has been handled with exceptional professionalism. Rachel gave us honest and straight forward guidance, and was very patient in answering all our questions. There was nothing which was too much trouble and went that extra mile by suggesting hand tied daffodils for Mum's coffin in ribbon to symbolise the Welsh flag. Rachel was meticulous in making sure everything we requested was detailed and carried out.

On the day, the funeral cars and team were immaculate. Steve was our Funeral Director, and along with his team, they all provided a very professional service, quietly guiding us to be in the right place at the right time. The flowers were beautiful, the coffin spray was full of Mum's favourite roses and the hand tied daffodils were perfect, exactly as we had agreed.

Martyn was our celebrant, he was so kind to us all and really brought Mum's eulogy to life. The service was excellent and completely captured what we wanted to say perfectly.

As an extra we had chosen to have a dove release in the grounds of the crematorium after the service. Laura from Divine Wings Dove Release was so lovely. She presented the two doves in pretty floral cages, and prior to their release recited a beautiful poem, it was really very moving.

We wanted to say a big thank you to everyone involved in caring for Mum and our family, you all made a truly sad day, very special.

A beautiful service, Jennifer Ashe are very professional and human too. They kept in constant contact with me through all the process and arrangements for my beautiful Elles funeral. They made me and my family so welcome and will help in any way they can whether that's a query you have or a request. The whole team are magic and without them.i could not have got through the most difficult day of my life. Sally, Rachel, Angela the whole team did my wife proud and for that il be forever thankful ❤️ Big shoutout to Martyn Jinx the gentleman who conducted the funeral he was so human and was touched by my tragic story, he added laughter and humour besides all the sadness and tears he helped take the edge off and incredibly painful experience xxxx
