What Families Say
AI SummaryMany families emphasise the care and attentiveness shown by the team throughout the entire process, from the first meeting through to after the funeral service. Several describe how staff anticipated their needs, explained everything clearly, and made themselves available to answer questions at any time, which helped reduce stress during an already difficult period.
Families frequently mention that the funeral day itself ran smoothly and exactly as planned, with staff present to guide them through each moment and handle every detail with precision. Many note that this careful planning and attention to how the service unfolded allowed them to focus on grieving and honouring their loved one rather than worrying about logistics.
Communication features regularly in what families say, with several highlighting how they were kept informed at every stage, consulted about their preferences, and never felt rushed into decisions even when they changed their minds about arrangements.

I would not hesitate to recommend this Funeral Directors. The whole team but especially Dean and Anna are hugely professional, highly capable and supported our family through the worst time. The time they spent with us explaining everything, anticipating, offering confidence that everything would be planned with such precision was invaluable, and everything did go exactly to plan. The knowledge they offer from their years of experience is so necessary at a time when you are focusing on your own grief and supporting loved ones, this gave the complete confidence to leave everything to them, nothing was too much trouble. We chose Anna to be the celebrant at our celebration of life and she was absolutely brilliant. The time she took investing in us to get to know mum, who was the focus and centre of the day, and to enable her to talk about mum, allowing her to create the most heartwarming of speeches. She presented it beautifully and helped create the most memorable of occasions, she truly has a unique skill and the kindest of hearts. Thank you Anna, Dean and all your work family from the bottom of our hearts, for your time and huge effort in making this occasion beautiful , we are eternally grateful xx
