Amazing service from day 1. Really nice how the colleague who takes the first initial call to collect your loved one, then sees the service through to the end. Used them twice now and would recommend.

From the start of the process to the day of the funeral and collection of mum's ashes, Callum, Nathan and all the team at Lilies were outstanding. Their care and support in an awful time was genuine and nothing was too much for them. The wiser family also commented in how professional everyone was and I'll definitely recommend them to friends when necessary. Thanks to everyone at Lilies for being there for us and making a sad day bearable.

All at Lillies were very kind and helpful towards myself at such a very sad time.
I had no hesitation in using Lillies for my mom cremation as had used them for my dad so know I would get an excellent service. I would highly recommend Lillies to anyone needing a funeral directors as they all went above and beyond for me.

Lillies , have not only attended to my Moms funeral but also my sister's. They are so kind and caring and can't do enough to make a very sad occasion pass do smoothly.

I really loved the how well they served us and took care of our beloved one. They handled us so graciously and everything ran so smoothly with repatriation.

The web link was not given until 3 hours before the funeral.
The celebrant that was allocated inundated me with calls and communications even up to 8:30 the evening before the funeral. The initial meeting with Louise was for 2 hours in her home and I was not convinced that we had her full focus and there were a least 2 text messages she did whilst we were talking and she also answered a call.
Louise was obsessed with the timing that the family tributes would takes and I then also amended mistakes and rewrote the Eulogy that Louise had put together.
Being in the heightened emotional state I was in this was all too much and upset me.
On the day the crem was very full and Louise did not project her voice very well as people found it a struggle to hear. One mistake was that she said my husband was diagnosed with cancer in 2004, she should have said 2024. This then prompted many people to ask me why they were not informed of his cancer in 2004.
I can only think that Louise is not an experienced Celebrant and whilst I'm sure she felt she did her best, it fell short for me.

I Would recommend lilies funerals to any body I found it was the best funeral directors out there really friendly staff that help you through the whole process at a really good price and a excellent service

Lilies themselves were brilliant, very respectful and all they personally provided went to plan and the staff were lovely.
The only thing I had to question afterwards was the celebrant who worked independently from a list that Lilies had. He didn’t appear to have a full understanding of what he actually delivered on the day after much correspondence and lack of commitment from him around delivering the correct eulogy after several requests by  him to edit it ourselves.

You couldn't have wished for better service. The whole team were amazing. But a massive thank you has to go Mare.. She looked after my mom so well. I couldn't wished for better. We will all be using Lilies for our own funerals.

We have used lilies before and were not disappointed this time. They did everything we asked and treated Frank and the extended family with respect and empathy. On the day Donna was a star and made a difficult day easier. I would highly recommend them and when the time comes we would defiantly use them again. Thank you for everything ❤️

I am so glad that I chose Lee and Nathan at Lilies to look after everything following the sudden death of my brother.
It was such a distressing time but very quickly I knew that my brother was in the best hands.
They cared for him and kept him safe until the day of the funeral.
I would recommend Lilies to anyone who finds themselves in the sad situation of losing someone dear.
