Marcus Adam’s Funeral Directors were professional, efficient. They showed empathy and care and took control of the whole process of my Moms funeral.  On the actual day of her funeral the funeral courtage were simply lovely and made sure we were entirely happy with every step.  I would highly recommend as they made a very emotional time for our family as stress free as it can possibly be whilst grieving.  All staff are a credit to the business.

So many people at the funeral said how lovely it was. I was so pleased for Michael that he had such a lovely send off and would like to thank you for your very gracious and considerate service on the day especially. From arriving at Michael's home to taking us to the Crematorium was done so thoughtfully. The handling of Michael's coffin and presentation in The Chapel was beautiful. So thank you very much and I would highly recommend your services.

We have used Marcus Adams for all of our family funerals. They are all very professional and very sincere. They are all so kind and I didn’t feel rushed when I was booking it.  
Judith is so lovely and kind.  Also the guys who brought my mom home were very professional and kind.  A big massive thank you to you all.

Everything was arranged perfectly, with so much care and consideration to all the details. This was a great relief, as we were 70 miles away away from Stourbridge.

Marcus Adams Funeral Directors have looked after both my Uncle and now my Aunt and I am so pleased about that because I know they have been cared for with total dignity - Thank you very much.

The wake at Kendrick's premises in Lye was superb too.

I can't speak more highly of Marcus Adams funeral directors.We werr first seen by Ann who gave plenty of time to explain step by step what we needed to do.Our situation was a bit complicated but Ann calmly arranged everything.She pointed out things we hadn't thought about.The whole process went so smoothly and we felt satisfied that my husband's wishes were fufilled.We thought the costs were very reasonable.We were able to phone Ann or her colleague Judith at any time if we had any questions.It was a difficult time for us but a lot of the stress was taken away by their kind care.Their staff who transported my husband to his place of rest were lovely and dignified.Very positive memories for us.

From the moment Marcus Adam’s came to collect David, the service was impeccable. The respect they showed Dave from the beginning was amazing. The ladies who work at the Halesowen office are lovely, Anne dealt with us and went into everything with great detail. Colin Bolton who did Dave’s service was amazing also, nothing was too much to ask. We are very impressed with the whole service. We thank you for caring for Dave whilst he was resting.

Marcus Adams Funeral Directors were excellent from the start when the gentlemen collected my Husband from the care home when he passed away and brought him to the care of Marcus Adams. The funeral it self went off very well and the Gentlemen were all very caring kind compassionate and very professional which made a very sad day much easier for our family . Beautifully organised   On the day the funeral directors were so respectful and sensitive, they looked after my sister and myself in such a touching way. The day itself went so smooth we really appreciated every little detail.

The details to the funeral were second to none. Everybody as been helpful and caring. Judith and Anne were really nice. Helping me through a very difficult time. On the day of the funeral. Michael was really gentle and helped me alot.
I can't fault Marcus Adams Funeral directors at all if I needed to book another funeral I would definitely book with them
