Throughout this demanding time I have received nothing but sincere empathy and understanding support from ALL of the staff I have dealt with at Andrew Bingham Funeral Directors. Matched with their professionalism and nothing being too much trouble, the funeral of my beloved partner went exactly as planned and, I cannot emphasise enough the care, support and understanding that I experienced. Obviously requiring funeral services is a tragic and horrible period of time, for me, it was to lay my father to rest. Having to arrange the funeral while dealing with grief as well as the financial and governmental aspects is completely overwhelming, and I can only state how amazing Andrew Bingham Funeral Directors were. Never once did I feel pressure from them, they kept their distance but contacted me when we both know they needed to. They took away a substantial amount of stress from me, and helped and guided me where necessary.

When it came to the service, they were amazing. In the right way, I barely noticed they were there, but I also completely knew they were there, it almost felt like they were there with the family and friends to mourn his loss, as opposed to just 'doing their job'. I hope that makes sense. They had been highly recommended to me, and now I understand why. Thank you Andrew Bingham, Heidi and colleagues, it is an unfortunate, but absolutely crucial role you play in the game we ironically call 'life', and I am eternally grateful for people like yourselves that have such compassion and care for us when we hit these lows in our journey.

While dealing with my husbands Farewell, I was treated with total respect and kindness. All my questions and concerns were handled and answered efficiently and promptly. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. I needed time to 'take in 'all I had to deal with. I was given all the time and care that I needed at the worst time of my life. Thank you all for your politeness, care and help.

From the moment I rang their office the care, courtesy and support to me and my family was superb. I had many queries and each time it was dealt with compassionately and comprehensively. On the day of the cremation, again, the support was second to none. Thank you to all the team who cared and supported us so well.

We could not recommend Andrew and his team more highly. From the first conversation the level of care, compassion and attention to detail was truly exceptional. We felt that we were supported every step of the way, through what was the most traumatic three weeks of our life, to date. The logistics for our day, with two services, across two counties and two functions, could have caused issues, but Andrew and his team took it in their stride and everything went to plan. It is very hard to find the appropriate words to express how much we appreciated the exceptional service - true professionals in very sense of the word.
