My sister and I cannot fault Andrew, Heidi and the team’s professionalism and sensitivity in helping us plan our beloved dad’s funeral. There was no ‘corporate’ approach; we had flexibility in our choices. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the funeral itself their experience and attention to detail resulted in a personal yet poignant celebration of a very special man’s life. My sister and I cannot praise Andrew, Heidi and their team highly enough. From the moment they took our Mum into their care until the funeral, they were nothing other than professional, considerate and caring. Their assistance was invaluable and they made a difficult time easier to cope with. Nothing was too much trouble. In addition they put us in touch with Ruth Everett, who did a wonderful job officiating as our Celebrant. We had already planned the type of service we wanted, but Ruth gave us guidance and on the day conducted the service with compassion and ensured everything ran smoothly. A huge thank you to all of them.
