All round from the 2 people that picked dad up from his house and the young lady (Candice) who dealt with everything else the service given was, professional and compassionate.
It wasn't the funeral we might have chosen but it was dads wishes.
I would 100% recommend there services.

Ravenswood Funeralcare provided such a beautiful and respectful service when it came to burying our loved one. Their service made a hard time, so easy due to the staff being so respectful and kind. We could have not asked for a better company to help lay such a loved person to rest peacefully.

We are so grateful to Candice at Ravenswood for supporting us with such empathy and care from our first contact shortly after our relative died to the funeral day itself and beyond. Candice had infinite patience when the amount of decisions to be made seemed overwhelming and was happy to just sit and take time for me to ponder all the options. She particularly went the extra mile the day of the funeral when at the last moment Seven Hills announced that due to technical difficulties they couldn't do the livestream, Candice came down to Seven Hills and personally recorded the service on her phone and then worked with the family to get her recording uploaded so that the family could access it. Many thanks for all your help.

I was kept up to speed on every aspect of Hazel's funeral which at the time was very comforting to know I was in safe hands.The only downside was that the urn I chose was never available.

Intial confusion after filling online form about location of funeral. Sent a different form after the first arrangement made. Cremation moved from Basildon to Ipswich. Was then informed that since my father didn't want all the frills, that we could opt for a direct cremation at £995 (£2750 had already been paid). Then told that I'd have to cancel the first funeral to get the refund with a wait if 30 days and I'd have to pay for the direct cremation upfront. Paid a deposit on the direct cremation only to be told there was another fee of £2000sonething. Tried to get a refund on that, waited, told it had failed. Consequently my dear father's cremation was moved and cost three times as much than it needed to. No offer of refunds and a vague "sorry you feel that way." My memory of my father's last transition will be forever tainted. Could've just given me the less expensive funeral and returned the £1800 difference. I'm sickened

I'd like to say Thank you to everyone invoved at ravenswood funeralcare ipswich for all there care and support when my mum passed away they couldn't have done anymore , the funeral director, pall bearers and drivers on the day were wonderful.candice and Lauren in the funeral parlour were brilliant so a special Thank you to them especially Candice who I had most dealings with she went out of her way to help nothing was to much trouble. They all made a sad day into lovely memories so I would recommend them 100% .

Easy to arrange, covering some things we had not even thought of. Excellent and respectful on day of service.
The only hard thing for us was getting a parking ticket for being 19 mins over the 2 hour parking in the car park outside the shop - if you could please make your clients aware of this as can take a to make all the arrangements.
