Ross Anderson and the whole team at Andrew Anderson & Sons provided excellent service for Craig's funeral. Ross went above and beyond, caring for every aspect of the funeral, including arranging a new pianist the night before! He really looked after us all, checking on our emotional wellbeing and making sure that both the preparation and the day itself were as stress-free as possible.

We cannot thank the team enough for the outstanding care and compassion shown to our family during such a difficult time. From the very beginning, the service felt truly personal, and we were supported every step of the way with friendly, thoughtful advice and guidance.

We especially appreciated the courtesy calls keeping us informed of each stage of the arrangements, which provided great reassurance when everything felt overwhelming. Every aspect of the funeral was planned meticulously, with incredible attention to detail — nothing was overlooked.

Although our family is not local, this made absolutely no difference to the level of care we received. Ross had everything covered from start to finish, while continually checking in to see whether we needed anything further or if any additional support could be offered. That level of genuine care meant a great deal to us.

On the day itself, the team were professional, empathetic, and exceptionally well organised, ensuring everything ran smoothly and with dignity.

We are truly grateful for the kindness, respect, and professionalism shown throughout, and would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone needing compassionate support at such an important time.

Ross and the team have made such a difference to the last few weeks. Not only did they make the effort to support us but actually took the time to know us as a family and we’re able to understand our anxieties and requests. We were fully supported and guided through the worst time of our lives and they did this with the greatest amount of empathy. But also had the grace to ensure the family were fully supported. (The little ones especially). Ross and the Anderson family helped make dads day special. For that I am eternally thankful.

Quiet and supportive, respectful and dignified. That is how I would describe my
recent bereavement experience with Ross Anderson and his team.
From the initial Funeral Plan application and advice to the piper at the graveside, it was organised to perfection. If I was unsure about the day, Ross was there to listen to my concern and reassure me.
I will always remember his words "Don't worry, I'll make it alright".
My family trusted him completely and he did make it alright.for us.

The service we received from Andersons was exemplary. From Kevin’s empathetic and sensitive collection of my Dad to the day following the funeral service, we were treated with care and attention to detail. Ross spent time with us as a family, listening to our stories and ensuring that we had the service we wanted. He made himself available to us, answering questions and supporting us on a number of occasions. He was respectful and understanding at all times. On the day of the funeral service Ross ensured that everything went exactly as had been planned. From the flowers to the Order of Service to the actual service, Ross ensured that everything was perfect. 
On the day following the funeral Ross called Mum to check in with her. Throughout the two weeks, the family felt supported and cared for by Ross and the team at Andersons. I cannot recommend the services of Andersons too highly. Consummate professionals who go above and beyond to support families during the most challenging of times.

Navigating what for me has been the greatest loss in my life, I really couldn't have been in better hands. Ross, with whom I had the most contact, was amazing. Not only was he genuinely compassionate and caring, he did absolutely everything to make sure I would have the farewell tribute to my mother that I wished for. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I requested things that hadn't been done before - there were no problems, only solutions.
Kevin's warmth and reassurance when I went to their Chapel of Rest to see my mother for the last time helped me see her with a calm and serenity that I hadn't thought would be possible.
The sensitivity, caring and sincerity was evident throughout the Andrew Anderson team that I had any contact with, even if only by telephone.
Truly the feeling of a family that embraces you with their care and support during a time that you would give anything to not be experiencing. 
My heartfelt thanks to them all.

Ross, Claire and team were unbelievably helpful, caring, skilled and adaptable. Our's was not a convention funeral and nothing was any bother or phased Ross.
