From start to finish the help that I received in arranging my mum's was first class, the service at the crematorium, the driver's/bearers, I could not fault them at all, also the catering afterwards was excellent, I will now be making arrangements to set up both my wife and my own funeral plans with then very shortly. I have been very disappointed with the whole process from failing to put the correct message in the Herald and the correct use of English grammar in the order of service. More attention to detail is needed, as every mistake you make is a reflection on the family.
In addition I provided a stand for a photograph and it did not even appear by the coffin on the day - it disappeared!

When I visited my father to say goodbye I was kept waiting for about 20 minutes - simply not good enough. It is a difficult experience but to wait makes it even worse.

I was a bit upset when attended viewing as my mother’s hair had not been done and coffin looked small, but after speaking to Heidi everything was done to rectify this, a new coffin was ordered and decorated and was absolutely beautiful and exactly what the family wanted so cannot thank them enough, all the other arrangements also went smoothly.

The whole process from the initial meeting to discuss the funeral was exceptional. Heidi at the office was extremely helpful in making sure we were able to give Mam her perfect send off. Kev, the driver on the day was equally a star, with a great level of professionalism but a warm natural delivery of customer service.
