I cannot express sufficiently my thanks and praise to Jennifer Ashe & Son Funeral Directors, Lichfield for their very kind, considered, sensitive and professional approach to helping with my mums funeral arrangements. Rebecca helped us every step of the way and along with the rest of her team (they are just that ….. a great team) we did our mum proud. It’s never a thing anyone wants to have to do, and there are so many things to think about, but I was guided through the whole process with thoughtfulness and kindness (was a bit lost until Rebecca took on the task !)  …. I would definitely recommend Jennifer Ashe & Son (and their Complete Package) to anyone who is facing such sad times and needs the support of a well established and competent team. As after the death of my dear mother they completely took over the assistance in helping me organise her funeral

The customer care was excellent and I would use them again should I require - without hesitation

My husband passed away earlier this year after a short battle with cancer. Joe and John at Jennifer Ashe & Son in Lichfield could not have been more helpful even to the extent of opening the Lichfield branch before it was officially operational. The actual funeral itself at Fradley was an absolutely perfect send off for Tony and even with a slight hitch with the music I would not have changed a single thing. They are very caring funeral directors from Joe Evans to the drivers, the bearers and everyone who I have spoken to by phone. They are also very competitively priced being upfront from the first meeting about prices. I would thoroughly recommend Jennifer Ashe & Son to anyone having to navigate the process of organising a funeral.

Joe and Richard looked after us through the whole process Martin was unbelievably fantastic and felt like he knew my Dad between them we were able to give our Dad the send off he deserved I can't thank them enough for this

Perfect in every way. Friends of ours used Jennifer Ashe & Son last year and we attended the funeral, we were pleased to find they had opened an office in Lichfield when we lost our dad, it made it easier for us to make the arrangements close to home and we were very pleased. Joe looked after us and although their shop in Lichfield hadn't opened fully we were able to do the arrangement at home and everything was taken care of. On the day of the funeral the cars looked beautiful ( they have Jaguars and they're amazing) all the men were very very smart and even had caps on whist they drove us to the service at Lichfield Crematorium. My Mom was so pleased she has already booked to take out a funeral plan with Jennifer Ashe & Son. I have to say a massive thank you to all involved, you were amazing and we cannot put into words how pleased we are that we chose you to look after Dad and us during the last few weeks! Thank you!!!
