Because of all the planning prior to the funeral, of which Warren was a big help guiding me through everything and making suggestions when I got a bit lost and emotional, the actual funeral went very smoothly. Thanks too to Robin for the service and the readings and all the lovely things that were said about Brian. It was done with dignity and humour. Everyone who attended said that it was a lovely service. Looking back on the day I feel that Brian got the send off he would have wanted and one which he deserved.

From start to finish there was nothing that the staff, especially Warren, would not do for my family in regards to guiding and helping us through the funeral arrangements.

The family received excellent service from Warren and the team. We were treated with compassion and patience and given all the information we required. When they came to the house to collect my Mum a few hours after her death, they were respectful and tender towards my Mum. I can highly recommend them.

All the staff I dealt with at J Parkinson & Sons Ltd were kind, considerate and efficient during what is always a difficult time, particularly at the moment during the Covid pandemic. For me personally, they made the whole process bearable.
