From the moment they collected her when she passed  to the end of the service they went above and beyond in every way. I cannot thank Mark enough, for all he has done for me, during this very difficult time.  I really was like a rabbit in headlights, not knowing where to start, or what to do but Mark guided me through each step and process, allowing me to go at my pace.  He really has gone above and beyond to ensure my requests were fulfilled (and I can be quite needy!) The service was absolutely beautiful and everything went through flawlessly.  Thank you so much for absolutely everything you have done and continue to do.

At such a hard and sad time Oak Funeral were superb. As a family we can't thank the staff enough. Throughout the whole process they remained sympathetic, understanding, totally professional, always contactable and nothing was to much trouble. Even changing details at the last minute was no problem.

What an amazing service!  I was impressed from start to finish.  Julie went above and beyond to make this day absolutely perfect for my mum.  She made everything so easy so that both myself and my dad had nothing to worry about at all, everything was explained in depth and the help Julie gave was just unbelievable!!!  She was at the end of the phone if we had any questions or needed information - basically a very difficult time, particularly for my dad, was made so much easier.  The service was beautiful and that’s because Julie did it!  I would never have got this anywhere else!  Thank you Julie, although thank you is not really enough!  You are an asset to Oak!

We instructed Oak Funeral Services, Williton, after my Father passed away. Orlando Levy was our Funeral Director. Right from the start, Orlando treated our Father, and us as an entire family, with complete respect and dignity. He kept us fully informed of proceedings every step of the way, and was informative and incredibly helpful. The Service was beautiful, uplifting and deeply personal and exactly what we wanted. The aftercare and delivery of my Father's ashes was done tactfully and thoughtfully. We cannot recommend Orlando, and indeed Mark Robson, the owner of Oak Funeral Services, highly enough. Orlando took great care of us when it came to Mum's passing and funeral - guiding us through steps of what would happen and the process of collecting Mum after her passing, as well as ensuring that the funeral was exactly per our wishes. He kept in touch regularly, responded quickly to questions and continually ensured that we were comfortable with the process. He was also very kind and sympathetic, which we needed at the time.
