A.J.Wakely & Sons is an independent family funeral director, in Crewkerne and its surrounding areas in Somerset.

Established for over 100 years, across four generations, A.J Wakely & Sons have developed a reputation for providing a dignified and caring service for Crewkerne’s bereaved families whilst helping local community groups, charities, and churches.

The office is overseen by director Clive Wakely who has worked within the family business for more than 40 years and supported by his friendly team; Sandra and Frank.

With over 40 years of funeral directing experience and local knowledge, Clive Wakely and his caring staff are here to help guide you through the whole process of making funeral arrangements. They will provide you with all the advice necessary to create a lasting and personal tribute to your loved one, through what can be an overwhelming time.

A.J.Wakely & Sons are proud members of the Industries Professional bodies and adhere to the high standards set by the NAFD ( National Association of Funeral Directors) and SAIF (The National Society of Allied & Independent Funeral Directors).
