Everyone commented on how good Marie was in the service and it was a very fitting service tailored exactly to my husband Dave - which everyone appreciated. Marie also made the whole process so much easier, providing great support - both practical and emotional. Nothing was too much and everything was possible. I highly recommend Robsons and Stephens funeral services.
Orlando made everything so much easier to cope with and done a wonderful job of looking after dad for us.
Marie provided a wonderful service too.
It really was a beautiful service and full of love.
My dad would have been very proud.

Mark Robson and his team did the most wonderful job for us. Due to the particularly tragic circumstances, the family were deeply distressed and I cannot thank Mark enough for his sensitivity and professionalism. I couldn't have asked for a more special service that truly reflected my son's life and Mark made it happen exactly as I had hoped.

Attention to detail was amazing and the care went above and beyond for my dad, my sister, myself and the children. Most importantly I knew my mum was well cared for and in the safest hands. I cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough, their professionalism and caring is first class.

Mark, as primary contact and Funeral Director, has a personal and extremely caring touch, which the family were fortunate to have experienced prior to the passing of my Mum, who had been suffering from a long illness.

From the moment Mum was taken into Mark's care from our home, and throughout all of the planning to make the celebration of her life a truly wonderful and uplifting ceremony, his attention to detail was second to none.

The peace, reassurance and tranquillity was a truly wonderful thing to feel knowing Mum was in the best hands possible.

All the staff we met and engaged with throughout the whole process were very professional and friendly - they did a magnificent job in organising everything for the funeral for my father from start to finish - keeping us informed at every stage - we would highly recommend this company, excellent service. Marie at Robson and Stephens, was brilliant, kind, helpful, and very professional.
She helped us with everything that needed addressing, and sorted it with no problems. Communication was always there.
It's a difficult time for us all, but with the funeral and other bits taken care of by Marie. We were able too focus on dad, rather than paperwork. Excellent service
