The staff at Gillotts were exceptional. From the first meeting to the day of our fathers funeral, they were professional, empathetic and supported us throughout. They also went the extra mile to arrange for our late mother’s ashes to be interned with my fathers. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

From the moment I walked in to Gillotts Funeral Directors in Kimberley I knew my uncle's funeral was in safe hands. I was treated with care and compassion throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff I dealt with. On the day of the funeral Kirstie ensured everything went according to plan. The funeral was streamed to friends and relatives in America and those who were unable to attend on the day. I cannot recommend Kirstie and her team highly enough. Thank you so much.

We cannot thank this family-run funeral directors enough for the outstanding service they provided. The attention to detail was impeccable, and they truly went above and beyond to make a difficult time as smooth as possible. Zowie in the office was incredibly professional, with a warm and welcoming attitude that never failed to bring a smile to my face, even during such a challenging period. Joanne, one of the family owners, was so accommodating, and the service itself was filled with joyful moments as we shared fond memories through heartfelt testimonies and visual tributes. If you’re looking for a celebrant with a lovely nature and excellent delivery, I highly recommend Claire Gore.
