The professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. Adrian who managed my late wife's funeral was very attentive, listened carefully to my requests and fulfilled everything we agreed. One example of attention to detail was that, at the end of the service, I had chosen John Rutter's arrangement of 23rd psalm. This has a very long instrumental introduction, before the choir starts. Adrian and the bearers, waited quietly, whilst the introduction played, so that, as the coffin left the church it was accompanied by the 23rd psalm words. Whilst this had not been specifically discussed during the preparations, it demonstrated the awareness and care exercised. This was so comforting and typical of my whole experience with Littleproud and Son.

I cannot thank Littleproud enough for their work handling my late Father's funeral and interment.


Unless you have experienced handling the passing of a loved on you don't know what to do, where to start. In one respect My Father s passing was not unexpected and I had a day or two, at least, to find and try and contact Dad's chosen funeral directors. But they had changed hands and my contact attempts were fraught. A close friend of Dad's suggested I contact Littleproud who took the plan details and agreed to collet Dad when the time arrived. EVEN though they may not end up handling the funeral. From that point Paul at Littleproud handled everything. Thank you Paul and all your staff.
