I was very happy with the service. We as a family were treated with great respect. Sam couldn't have been more helpful and Mark the celebrant was so kind and thoughtful and looked after us with kindness and laughter. The pall bearers and David the funeral director were excellent. The celebration of Andys life passed with laughter and tears. Happy memories. Thank you to all who took part. Xo

A.J. Coggles were the most caring and considerate of funeral directors. They helped sort everything out when things went wrong in the beginning and took care of my mum with great respect and dignity. having had some bad/awful past experiences,with other undertakers.[at this sad time ,in earlier years,and places ]
COGGLES COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE UNDERSTANDING,HELPFUL,AND MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS,AS EASY AS POSSIBLE.ESPCIALY HELPING ME WITH THE SERVICE,WHICH I FOUND VERY EMOTIONAL AND DIFFICULT.
THE GOLDEN CHARTER,PREPAID FUNERAL,PROCESS MADE EASY.[ just a reasonable added fee for additional cost ].
NO HESITATION IN HIGHLY RECOMMENDING THEM.

I cannot fault the service we received throughout the whole journal, from collection of mum, through to the service at the Crem. They arranged everything, checking throughout that information was correct. Little touches meant so much, like taking our car keys at the Crem on arrival and delivering it back to us at the end. We were treated with care throughout. A special shout out to Steve who went the extra mile.

From the first time that I spoke to Sam (before my father passed away) I was confident that Coggles would be the right funeral director to use, and I was proved right when the time came. The service throughout was caring and kind, supporting us in every way to provide the service that felt right for our family. On the day of the service, David and his team were completely professional, and we really felt so well supported on a very sad day for us all. I would definitely recommend Coggles as a team to help anyone needing such a service
