Everyone was so very helpful and kind with the preparations of our family member. We are a 5 hour drive away and were unable to get to the service due to illness, but the live feed was very helpful for us to be able to 'attend', and felt part of the service with the words of the minister.
We were sent places to stay and where to get flowers from. Would highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble.

The one thing that is very important and was a last minute problem was the solicitor not having registered the death. Suggest you always check with the Crematorium that the green form has been received by them.

they where kind and caring. helpful with all the steps needed to plan the funeral. Kirsty and Adrian are fantastic and so calm and soft spoken. they do make you feel bad or like an idiot if you ask questions, they answer all questions calmly and understand your emotional state. I would be happy to use them again in the future.

From my first meeting with Adrian and Kirsty from Cromer & District Independent Funeral Services I found them friendly, polite, sympathetic and understanding.
I felt that I could leave the organisation of Liz’s funeral safely in their hands.
Leading up to the funeral, they were well informed, knowledgeable and professional throughout and the communication was prompt and thorough. 
On the day of the funeral itself, the hearse and limousine arrived at my home in good time enabling arrival at the church to be exactly on time for the service. 
Patience and humility was evident as I greeted family and friends before we entered the church. 
At all times before and during the service great respect for my wife, Liz, was evident. The music played during the service was timed to perfection and of a perfect volume.


Then to the churchyard for the burial. 
Again at the burial site - coordination, respect, patience and understanding throughout. 
Then the final act of dropping me off at the wake by the courteous driver was appreciated.
What more can one say ?  
Other than, I would not hesitate to highly recommend the services of Cromer & District Independent Funeral Services to anyone who would need their assistance.
