So pleased I chose Harold White Funeral Directors to take care of my Dad. From start to finish, dealing with this company was excellent and I appreciate all they did for me and my family. A special mention goes to Bernadette in the office - a lovely person, very efficient and genuinely compassionate. And top marks to Martin for coordinating and leading the funeral procession (including stopping at a couple of requested addresses en route). He and the drivers were very professional, respectful and courteous. Everything flowed like clockwork.

Friendly, helpful, accommodating and compassionate! Bernadette, Gary and the team were so kind and helpful from the moment i first contacted them to the funeral service. When i was first searching for a funeral directors it was a bit of minefield but Harold White had excellent reviews and I had a personal recommendation. Choosing Harold White was one of the best decisions and they made what is a very difficult time that bit easier. Highly recommend.

Gary, Bernadette and everyone at Harold White Funeral Directors went above and beyond to arrange a beautiful funeral service and send off for our loving Mum. They were with us every step of the way, taking care of everything to ensure there was no additional stress at a time when we were already grieving. 

Compassion was shown throughout and we would highly recommend their services.

Thank you Gary for an excellent service that you have provided for my late husband Alanzo Anthony Smith.

We were very touched by your compassion and professionalism you showed towards my family in this most difficult time. You also cared for dad three years ago.

You went an extra mile by jointly organising with the NHS and others. From the road closure, guard of honour, unison reps and police escort to ensure the day went smoothly.

They are un-sung hero's in this bleak times.

The Covid-19 Pandemic had just struck with the situation changing daily, Harold White's team carried on with the utmost professionalism. The cremation service, limited as it was, had dignity and reverence. Once again thank you.

Impeccable service from the beginning to the end. In circumstances of utmost grief for me and the family,  Gary , Bernadette and the whole team dealt with professionalism, tact and discretion with the practical arrangements for the funeral, showing compassion and understanding for our loss. The service myself and my family received was impeccable. Bernadette and Mathew were so warm and friendly and made us feel at ease, and nothing was too much trouble for them. On the day the professionalism from Gary was outstanding, taking control of everything in a very warm and friendly manner. All of the staff at Harold White were amazing, and we are so happy to have picked them for our darling Dad’s funeral. We would certainly recommend this excellent service.

Thank you Gary and the team for everything you done for my husband funeral. Everything was first class and all the formalities were done with such ease.

It helped knowing Gary as he was by my side every step of the way and I really don’t think I would of pulled through without him. He gave me the extra strength throughout and helped me lift my head and control tears.

The ceremony was perfect and the choice of Celebrant was totally spot on!

Thank you everyone for your expertise, kindness, thoughtfulness during such a painful time with my family.
