Standard Simple Funeral

Service includes:

This is a funeral where family and friends have a ceremony, event or service for the deceased person at the same time as they attend their burial or cremation
Taking care of all necessary legal and administrative arrangements
Collecting and transporting the deceased person from the place of death (normally within 15 miles of the funeral director’s premises) into the funeral director’s care during working hours
Care of the deceased person before the funeral in appropriate facilities. The deceased person will be kept at the funeral director’s premises
Providing a suitable coffin – this will be made from [oak veneer]
Viewing of the deceased person for family and friends, by appointment with the funeral director (where viewing is requested by the customer)
At a date and time you agree with the funeral director, taking the deceased person direct to the agreed cemetery or crematorium (normally within 20 miles of the funeral director’s premises) in a hearse or other appropriate vehicle

I would highly recommend PL Mulligans, their service was perfect from start to end, everyone was so kind & caring & they always had our best interest at heart Perry & Jan took all the stress out of our traumatic time by looking after us so well. I couldn't of asked for a better send off for my dad, Mulligans made it a perfect day to say goodbye, everyone commented how lovely it all was, I left feeling I'd done my dad proud. I would 100% use Mulligans again & definatley would highly recommend them to friends & family

P L Mulligan Family Funeral Directors is a family business offering a professional and sympathetic service to bereaved families in the local community. Their staff will guide you through this difficult time in a professional and understanding manner so your loved one’s funeral is carried out to your expectations.

When arranging your loved one’s funeral they will make you aware of all the choices you have. These include deciding whether you’d prefer cremation or a burial, the type of casket or coffin and whether you prefer a traditional black motor hearse, a horse drawn carriage or alternative vehicle like a lorry or motorcycle.

On the day of the funeral their staff will be in attendance to take care of you and your loved ones. Their funeral vehicles consist of a modern 2017 fleet of Jaguar XJ hearses and limousines.

In addition to the funeral service P L Mulligan Family Funeral Directors can also provide memorials and headstones, and advise you on pre-paid funeral plans. They also have a full repatriation service which includes transportation of your loved one, choice of coffin or casket and completion of all of the necessary paperwork.

Their funeral home is located in Bexleyheath town centre on the Broadway and is open Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:30pm, with a 24-hour telephone service. Again made the whole process that bit easier, were so sympathetic when nan passed away as they had just done the funeral for my grandad only 2 days before. There was no pressure on us, they gave us all the time we needed. Everything on the day went as smoothly as it could and that was a lot down to Mulligans. Thank you for everything

All the staff were friendly and nothing was a problem for them to do. The service my family received was outstanding!
I live 2 hours away so much of my communication was done via phone and email but I still felt that I was getting a caring, personal service, without being there in person. They made a very difficult time in my life, run smoothly with great professionalism and compassion.

Showed great compassion and were so helpful from the moment we walked in the door after my grandad passed away right through till after the funeral service. Great family business. Perry and his team were amazing taking a lot of stress away from us at this terrible time in our lives after loosing our son at such a young age.

They were totally professional, respectful, kind and caring and accomadated all our needs and gave great attention to every detail especially on the day so our son had the farewell that he deserves.

I would recommend them to anyone along with the services of Kemnal park cementry.
