All the staff at Brooks were very sympathetic and kind. They were extremely understanding regarding the difficulties I faced with registering the death of my sister. The staff also advised me how to deal with the housing department at Ealing council. The fee charges were very reasonable and we're returned promptly to me when the DWP paid them all in all I was extremely satisfied with the respect in dealing with Lillians funeral ⚱️ I wish to thank them whole heartedly Edwina Maria Kamsika Griffiths

From the moment we contacted them, the staff were kind and attentive to every detail. They guided us through the entire process, taking time to understand our needs, making a very difficult time a little easier for our family. Robert, Roy and team have organised two funerals for me, one for a close friend, on for my father.  As I work in live events, I have approached both in many ways as events to produce, rather than emotional events, mainly to protect myself.  On both occasions, Brooks were respectful and compassionate as the occasion demanded, but also straightforward, practical and professional which was the way I wanted to approach things. I recommend them without reservation.

They pronounced our names wrong despite being told beforehand and messed up a hymn which didn't appear on the projector. Lacked lustre and displaying little passion when reading the eulogies

From the initial consultation I felt at ease at a very difficult time.
Nothing was to much trouble and all members of staff were professional and attentive at all times.
The florist and reverent that were recommended by Brook's were excellent.
The day could not have gone any better and friends and family that attended commented how good it was and that was thanks to everyone at Brook's. Thank You Very Much.

The Brooke’s team were excellent. I would recommend highly. I appreciated the pricing structure as costs can spiral. I would have liked a tiny more up front information as I felt I was having to discover things as I went along but I always felt that I was in excellent hands. The service itself was beautifully, respectfully and sensitively handled. I hope not to need them anytime soon but will certainly use them in the future when I need to.

Nothing was to much trouble. May have asked the same questions over again they still replied in a polite manner.When e mailed them got back straight they could not do enough and offered helpful tips when we looked lost and not sure to do then were there to lend a helping hand . They were incredible and help the occasion go smoothly.

I cannot thank Roy enough for making such a sad day beautiful. His kindness, understanding, compassion and professionalism were so reassuring. We felt well taken care of, nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the funeral they treated my family and I so well and helped the day go so smoothly we will always be grateful.
