    I found Mr A Barks very helpfull and guidance in allowing us to choose what was best for our Brother Bryns funeral. If Mr Barks was not available his staff didn't hesitate to help. I must add his Paul bearas were well dedicated in there job. The removal of our brothers body after death was conducted In a dignified manner and respect. Thank you to all involved at Boston Coop service I could recommend them. Mr & Mrs PE & SM Thompson.

    The service we had was outstanding. Nothing was to much trouble. Communication was excellent. Alan made sure everything was just as we wanted it. The order of service sheets were of excellent quality. Mum looked beautiful and at peace. We had a 3 hour journey to take mum to her resting place,so Alan also had to communicate with the reverend from a distance. All the arrangements were made, and I had nothing to worry about. All the team were very smartly dressed on the day, and treated mum with respect. I cannot recommend them highly enough.1000000/100000 Thank you for everything. Frances Mantle

    Very professional and friendly throughout the process. Unfortunately Coronavirus meant that plans had to be modified and adjusted but everything was communicated to me and I felt supported. Definitely recommended.

    Unprecedented times meant we could not have the funeral we wanted for my Mum. However, even with just 5 of us able to attend, the representatives of Coop funerals gave her and us the dignity and gravitas such an occasion warranted.

We understand that the new Government and local authority changes in procedures and advice have been extremely difficult for our colleagues and the families we serve to manage. We are currently developing a memorial service package for families, so that when the time is right and travelling restrictions are lifted, families can arrange a service for their loved one.     Having found ourselves in a position with two bereavements, two weeks apart, we can't thank the team enough for the understanding and support at what has been a difficult time. Both services were well managed by all those involved and allowed us as a family to deal with the emotion of losing both our Step Father and Mother just before Christmas. Thank you

    Alan and his team were fantastic at assisting organising my husbands funeral. Nothing was too much bother for them, everything was extremely organised from the start to finish. On the day all staff were extremely smartly presented, and worked with dignity throughout.

    Alan was extremely helpful and thoughtful in helping us as a family. He was flexible in allowing my brother to see my father due to the distance he had to travel, which was essential as part of my brothers grieving but not at the most convenient time for the Funeral Home. Thank you.
    Alan helped in sorting out a minor issue with the funding page and was supportive throughout, including at the funeral itself which was led by a Celebrant who listened to how we wanted the service to be and reflected Dads life just right.
    I would have no hesitation in recommending Boston Co Op Funeral Home.

    Everything was superb from beginning to end. The kindness & compassion from Sarah & the rest of the team was second to none. Edna was laid to rest beautifully—- thank you for that.

    The meeting with Alan at the Co op was very reassuring and he made my husband and myself feel quite relaxed about the whole thing
    Andrew Key who was suggested by Alan gave a perfect service.
    Only one thing that was a little difficult, which was waiting 4weeks from Mum's death until the cremation.
