I would highly recommend Richard ward and his team especially Noami from the Wigston branch.From the onset of my mum passing away, the whole team showed the highest respect to my mum and my family and gave my mum the service and burial which I felt my mum would have been proud of. The professional approach of everyone was amazing and in our families darkest time , Richard Ward and his team supported us every step of the way and gave my mum the best possible send off I could possibly imagine x Naomi thank you for making my mum look beautiful as she was many years ago before her illness x and Richard and his team conducting the most respectful funeral for my mum x.

Edward had attended a funeral last year where Richard Ward was the Funeral Director and upon his terminal diagnosis he let us know he wanted them as his funeral directors. I cannot fault the level of service. Ethan and colleagues gave a great level of care, from taking Edward into their care on the night he died, up to the funeral and follow up with ashes etc.
As a family we were well supported all the way through the process. The care and concern was excellent and Edward had the send off he deserved. I would highly recommend them to any bereaved families.
