Tim’s attention to detail was first class, he took away all aspects of the arrangements and completed them with a professional and kindness so important at such times.

Nothing was a problem, I would highly recommend Tim as you get a personal service that has been passed from father to son.

Tim brought a very personal and family-orientated approach to the arrangements for my beautiful wife, Sharon. I have never had to arrange a funeral before and Tim made everything very straightforward with a calmness and sensitivity throughout which brought great comfort to us as a family. From bringing Sharon home to the day of the funeral itself, Tim and his team dealt with matters seamlessly, taking away as much of the potential stress as possible for us. It was as 'nice' a day as it could possible have been for us to properly say our farewells.

Tim was the most considerate , kind and helpful man always quick to respond in a thorough and supportive manner . Time never appeared to be an issue  in terms of how long we spent meeting or talking in response to a query I might raise  . Changing our minds on things which we did was never an issue . He introduced me to a fabulous florist and amazingly kind and empathic celebrant . I would highly recommend him .

We chose to use Tim Matthews as he had previously looked after my ex Mother in Law, so I knew my Dad would be in great hands.

Tim took my call even though he was out of the office and was so caring and compassionate after the sudden loss of my father. Just what our family needed at such an emotional time. Nothing was too much trouble for Tim. Myself and my family HIGHLY RECOMMEND him.

Tim even sourced the lovely Kelly as a humanist to take the service at the Wessex Vale Crematorium as my dad was in no way religious. Tim chose so well in Kelly as she took the time to come and capture the precious memories of my Dad in such a way that when she read out his Eulogy everyone that attended commented on how well the service had gone and how Kelly had captured his fund side. By Tim finding Kelly for us, he organised another dreaded element of organising Dad's funeral out of our hands and into the safe hands of professionals.

Tim was always on the end of the phone for us all and always kept us updated with texts etc. a truly amazing man that I will always be grateful to.

My Dad was in very safe hands.

His experience and caring manner helped guide us through difficult decisions which resulted in the best send off for our Dad we could have hoped for! Nobody wants to be in the position of arranging a funeral but when the time comes I would not hesitate to use Tim Matthews again.
