Andrews service was brilliant and professional throughout! I went to Andrew to organise my Grandfathers funeral, this was my first time having to do this, so I was very nervous and quite clueless. He made the process as easy as possible but also helped me to give my granddad the most beautiful send off regardless of the current circumstances! Andrew made this whole situation a lot easier and truly went above and beyond to say goodbye to my granddad! Everything was personalised to exactly how my granddad would of liked it, an was kept very affordable!  I can’t thank Andrew enough for his services and if god forbid I would ever be put in this position again, I would reuse Andrews services without question!

Andrew Cutmore did a wonderful job of creating a moving and effective funeral despite all the limitations imposed by the Covid-19 lockdown.

I was a very fussy client, asking for specific pieces of music to cope with the fact we could not have any hymn-singing. He managed to get most of this sourced through Porchester Crematorium, and helped me find a way round to play the pieces they could not obtain. It's a wonderful Crematorium, but their refusal to accept CDs or MP3 files made life more difficult for me and for Cutmores. That said, the webcast (from the same vendor as the music) was excellent.

Andrew produced a beautiful order of service, laying out the text and photos I provided in a sensitive and effective way. Mourners also complimented me on the slideshow he constructed.

All charges were as originally agreed (he even called me for approval when the cost of our chosen flowers went up by a few pounds).

In summary, a potentially distressing event in my life was rendered much easier by the care, empathy and consideration shown by the funeral director.

Everything was done with dignity and compassion, everything thought out to the last detail, even in covid situation my mums funeral was lovely and even when we left the flowers in the car delivering them back to us was not a problem, nothing was too much trouble, would highly recommend them. Extremely helpful it was the 1st funeral I've had to plan and their help made a difficult time stress free.

I couldn’t recommend Cutmore Family Funeral Directors highly enough. Andrew was extremely helpful throughout and made the whole experience simple and well informed which enabled my sister to have a respectful and dignified farewell. The fee was exactly as advertised there was absolutely no suggestion of any upsell, in fact the financial aspects we’re kept low key and background. I have unfortunately had to use funeral services twice before and this was by far the most considerate and efficient.

Andrew has just dealt with the funeral of my mother. Nobody ever wants to be in the position to have to do this and more so in the current circumstances with the virus around. From the moment we made contact with Andrew he was efficient,  understanding, sensitive to our wishes and always answered our phone calls. He made a sad situation as easy as it could possibly be. I cannot fault his services in any way and would certainly not hesitate in recommending him to anyone needing the services of a funeral director

Hi we as a family found Cutmore & Leadbetter very respectful & professional during a very difficult time. Andrew was always available to help us through this traumatic and emotional period. Being local Fareham people it seemed appropriate to use a local funeral director and we are glad we did.
