The service provided was excellent.
Our only disappointment was the near three week wait for the cremation to take place, although we appreciate that this was no fault of the staff we dealt with.

The funeral went to plan without a hitch. Debbie kept in touch throughout and helped when I wasn't sure about some things. The staff were very respectful and helpful at all times.

Debbie was amazibg throughout and made a difficult task very easy. Only thing I would say is if there was Information around paying for funeral. I didn't realise my dad's bank would pay in full but wouldn't release money to myself to recoup the deposit until much later. It would have been good to know this and I would have gone to bank to get paid in full to begin with.
