Although the overall experience was very good ,Jackie is certainly a credit to the company.I do feel there is room for improvement when bringing the deceased to the funeral director for family to see them we were told mum would be their in the morning my sister ,granddaughter and myself arrived at 10.40 am to find she wasn't their which meant we had to come home and go back again she finally arrived at 1.30pm that was an experience we could have done without .
