I was delighted with the service i got from co-op following the death of my father. From the initial phone call to providing the invoice Pamela from the Sighthill office provided such a caring service. I think Pamela has such a natural empathy and really does care about who she is dealing with, it's not just about getting the business for her, she really was very supportive in a dark and sad time. She's a true asset and should get a massive bonus. In saying that everyone we came into contact with were very kind and professional including Emma on the day and the 24 hour service calling back my brother within 5 minutes and offering to take the ashes to the Cupar branch.

My family and I were very impressed with all aspects of the funeral but particularly by the efforts of Pamela Simmond who was outstanding.

She was very professional but also displayed great concern  and empathy throughout .
Nothing was too much trouble and she was a credit to the service.

I was also fortunate to meet with Emma  surname unknown )
the funeral director.
She was also excellent and very good at her job.

A very sad occasion but your staff ensured that everything went smoothly and I am indebted to them.

I would like to thank all who were involved in our brother Robert Begg’s funeral.
Special thanks to Pamela Parkhead Gardens Office, for her kindness care and support in all that she did at the difficult time we were going through Losing Robert in such awful circumstances.
Her attention to every detail was second to none, from dressing Robert to choosing flowers music and celebrant.
Support to my wife was greatly appreciated.
It’s not something that we often hear or say but when we need to use a funeral director it most definitely will be        Co-Op !
