Andrew and Mhari are the most sweetest,kind,professional team I have ever came across . Nothing was to much trouble they were always there on the phone if I was unsure of something and I honestly can not recommend coop funeral care enough . They made a traumatic and very hurtful situation a little better and I thank them so much for that.

When you lose someone it’s so hard to think clearly and do what your love one wanted. I was guided through it all and shown so much care before funeral during and after. Can’t thank them enough.

The team were fantastic. Since I didn't know what to expect when I walked in, Mhairi was brilliant at communicating all the prep information to me in a clear and simple manner. Gavin made sure the funeral went smoothly and was great at ensuring all the details were correct in advance of the funeral.

I was very impressed with the service I received, the support I was given and the compassion I was shown when arranging my brothers funeral.
Nothing was any bother and all the suggestions and special little touches were very well received and made all the difference on the day.

The staff are superb! Mhairi made the process very smooth and kept us updated at every stage, with hugs of comfort and support. Gavin provided information and guidance around the procession leaving from the house and again made sure everyone was comfortable with what was happening on the day. They even wore tied that matched the funeral flowers. I can’t thank them enough!

Mairi & Gavin were absolutely wonderful.  They both went above & beyond for my family & really helped us deliver a beautiful funeral for my father. Gavin collected my father from his house the day he passed & it felt right that he then was our undertaker on the day of his funeral & also when we visited our father both at the mortuary & a few days before funeral.  Mairi was so supportive & personable, she really guided us through the whole process from start to finish & was so knowledgeable & available whenever we needed her.  She also has such a kind & understanding approach, I really cannot speak more highly of her manner & approach with us, she is a complete asset to your company & was such a great support & help to us in a very difficult time.
