I thought the process was very organised, considerate and informative.

The arrangements to visit my mum in the parlour of rest was seamless, staff very kind.

The staff ie Tracey in the branch was very nice, kept me informed, thanks.

The gentleman on the day of the funeral, professional and attentive. The pre call by Gavin to explain the process was much appreciated.

From the first phone call with Tracey to day of the funeral everything was perfect. Tracey made a difficult task easy and stress free and helped with all my requests and queries. Everyone commented on the great send off my Mum had and it would not have been possible without Tracey being there to guide me as never had to arrange a funeral before. Cannot fault a single thing.

I would like to thank Tracey who gave excellent service and was extremely kind and helpful when we were organising everything. I would also like to thank Emma for leading the funeral and dealing with Gillian, I know funerals must be a hard thing to deal with but in this instance it must have been very difficult for Emma. In all the service was outstanding, nothing was a bother and we were extremely pleased with everything. Thanks.

It was explained that my sister was in a wheelchair during my first contact with the undertaker.
I was told this was not an issue and it would be put in the boot of the limo.
When the cars arrived on the day of the funeral the folded down wheelchair would not fit in the boot.
Subsequently I had to put it into my late farther's car and drive to the church, followed by the cemetery and finally to the bowling club.
I don't know what we would have done if his car had not still been at his house.
If there had been any doubt, I could have submitted dimensions of the folded down chair prior to the day of the funeral, and if required made other arrangements.
There was also the fiasco of the hearse trying to get access to the disabled entrance of the church, ultimately being unsuccessful.
I was assured afterwards that this entrance had been checked for access by yourselves prior to the day of the funeral
I had to give them directions back around to the main entrance.
Apart from the obvious hassle this caused me on the day of my father's funeral, it also caused my sister unnecessary anxiety and embarrassment.
However I now consider the matter closed but, needless to say, would not recommend your company to anybody.

Excellent service from the start. Tracey was very friendly and guided us through the whole process tailoring it perfectly for our needs. Nothing was too much trouble at all. The funeral ran very smoothly on the day and Thomas and his colleagues made sure we were kept advised of proceedings on that day. Cannot fault this service at all.
