What can I say Nickolaus funeral day with Agnes went without a hitch she looked after myself and family with excellent professionalism.
Also I cant pin a fault from the day Nick sadly passed away to the day of his funeral I have to say goes to Claire we couldn't have asked for a better person to look after me. She was a marvel xxx

We cannot thank the staff enough for the care and compassion shown to us. Clair and Raegan made sure everything went smoothly. Even arranging a small detour on the day to pass by our mums home of over 50 years . Nothing seemed too much trouble. Even though some things were done by email we still felt informed and looked after throughout .

All funeral arrangements were conducted in a compassionate, dignified and informative manner. Options were clearly explained and our requests were listened to and included in the funeral arrangements. Clair and Reagan were excellent providing an efficient funeral service on behalf of Harkess and we thank both of them for the manner in which they conducted arrangements.
