When you loose a loved one its hard so when your placing you loved one then into the hands of a funeral directors its just as important they give your loved one the same level of care as they would have got when alive

When my beautiful girl passed away on 1st march michelle and Laura came to collect Charlotte. Michelle and Laura were very caring and her words to me were " were here to collect Charlotte and we will look after your wee girl she will love our colours " as they were chsrls favourite colours purple n lime green this gave me such comfort knowing she was going to be well looked after

Michelle went over everything and gave us as much time as we needed everything was explained and we planned charls funeral but never ever felt it was about the cost it was all about what charl would like

Laura did a absolutely beautiful service everything they did to make charls send off was perfect and even to give me the beautiful picture they had framed the personal touches were amazing .

thankyou all so much I recommend such a lovely team of people and a beautiful funeral directors

Michelle, Ian and Laura are the most amazing people. I don't know how I would have coped with the loss of my Mum without them. They are understanding, supportive, they can predict your needs, they are open to ideas. And offer suggestions of ways to help with grief and and the practical side of things too. We laughed and cried together. They looked after my mum with total respect and they looked after me too. I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you wholeheartedly.

We can’t thank Michelle, Laura and Ian at Hannah Rose Funeral Services enough. 

From beginning to end, their service, kindness and compassion was faultless. And nothing was too much effort, which was especially appreciated.

I organised the funeral on behalf of my mum for her late husband, and not being from the area meant I had no prior knowledge of local funeral services. I spoke to the larger, more well known groups in the area, who were both still helpful and nice, but as soon as I spoke to Michelle I knew I’d found the right company.

Having travelled by train from Kent, Michelle kindly collected me from my mums and both she and Laura spent an hour going through processes and just generally listening.

Having booked the funeral date I then had to travel back to Kent, but Michelle and Laura were always at the end of the phone answering questions and offering reassurance. Still going above and beyond to meet our needs. 

Returning to Bridlington for the funeral, all the details were set. I have to say the plans were immaculately put in place, even down to checking the possible density of traffic. 

The procession was spot on, and the service perfect. Laura’s delivery and compassion as Celebrant were heartfelt.

Even after the event itself, Hannah Rose excelled further by taking time to locate, collect and return my mum’s late husband’s jewellery that absentmindedly got left at the hospital in her time of distress. And also printing and delivering a transcript of the eulogy as my mum is hard of hearing and didn’t catch every word. 

There are more details that I could mention, but the final one would have to be their extremely reasonable price. In times like this,  cost often seems irrelevant. However, my personal opinion would be that the quality of service was immaculate. The personal touches exceptional. And the genuineness unmatchable.

If you are looking for a personal service in Bridlington or the surrounding areas, Hannah Rose is definitely the right choice.

Hannah Rose funeral service is amazing, the staff are so helpful and sincere, nothing is too much trouble and they don't make you feel pressured to spend more than you can afford, everything was just as my Mum would have wanted.

We chose them after much research and we were so glad we did, they helped us with absolutely everything, their guidance and knowledge was amazing. After the funeral, they still kept in touch in case we needed further support. They treated Connor as a person not a number and did not refer to him as the deceased, this was so comforting to us. The cost of the funeral was so low, I had to check the figure twice, but the level of service is worth ten times that. Thank you all for all you did, and the family will recommend you to everyone.
