Richard and his team were absolutely excellent. They facilitated a family member helping to carry the coffin which meant a lot.
From the first visit he was sensitive yet professional. Was wonderful in dealing with my father in law who has dementia and was struggling understandably with the death of his wife. 
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
