From the very start of the process, AJ Wakely were exceptional in the service provided. Special acknowledgement must go to Tim who was my main point of contact for the funeral arrangements for my mother. Tim was extremely helpful, guiding us through every step of the process and offering advice, options and solutions to our numerous questions promptly, he was also very considerate and kind in his approach and made what was a very difficult time less painful for us but taking on the management of many of the tasks that were required. He was also able to recommend the perfect Celebrant for us (NaomiJane). In addition to Tim, communication with the office (particularly Fran) was dealt with extremely efficiently. I cannot recommend AJ Wakely highly enough for providing such a professional and respectful service. Thank you to all involved.

Greg Scott was kind, professional and thorough. All of which was appreciated. He trusted my instincts and my own professionalism to put together a simple, bespoke graveside laying to rest that was utterly appropriate for my sister and those who mourned her. Having not done a funeral at Dorset Downs natural burial ground before he took the time to make a recce visit so that he and his team could be confident on the day.
