Chris Legg provided us with an excellent service, being sensitive, considerate, helpful, patient, experienced, professional and readily available.
The Office Staff always answered the telephone very promptly and provided helpful guidance and advice.
The Hearse Driver and the Pallbearers all carried out their allotted functions with care and decorum.

Simon you were absolutely immense and that is no mean feat! The way you just made such a horrible time for us all the most perfect of everything. Your time which is precious you gave with such patience and that is no mean feat! You made it so very personal, it is just like you are a part of our family. Your team just get it, kind and soft from collecting Grandam, making her look just like Grandma and over the two days were just so gentle and caring, its more than just a job for each and everyone of them! We cannot thank you all enough for everything you did for all of us.
