This is what Co-op Funeralcare offer as part of their Simple Funeral:

They will remove your loved one from their place of death into their care within a 50 mile radius
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, they will remove your loved one into their care, out of hours, at no extra cost
They will prepare, care for and dress your loved one in a gown to match the interior of their Basic Coffin
Your loved one will rest in their mortuary facility, or if required, a private rest room in their funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one during normal working hours at no additional charge
They will transport your loved one from the funeral home to the crematorium or burial site in a ceremonial vehicle of their choice
On the day of the funeral, a wheeled bier will be used or the family can bear the coffin
They will make all necessary arrangements for a dignified funeral
Your funeral director will be there at the funeral to support and guide you through the funeral

Jenny was the colleague that assisted us all the way in arranging Mums funeral, although Mum already had a plan, Jen sorted everything beautifully. Found us a wonderful Celebrant in Brian Jarvis, who was also wonderful.
Jen, was very professional and proficient, certainly covered everything well for us. And I personally was so grateful to have her help at this time. Nothing was too much trouble. She's a lovely lady, and the Co-op should recognise this.
