Jen has been excellent from start to finish reassuring us every step of the way. 
Nothing was a issue and she and the team met all of our needs . 
Jen also opened up on the bank holiday so myself and the family could see our mum in the chapple of rest .

Can not fault in any way. You lead me all the way and in the nicest way. I will always be grateful for your understanding ,your care of myself and Don and family, and the dignified way everything took place . You let me make my own decisions but explained choices and found the perfect celebrate. I felt Don was looked after with dignity and care and understanding. He would have loved it being " Girl power"

Emma stayed in contact updating me with the process in a kind and thoughtful way

She and her team were wonderful and supportive in a time when it was needed most

My sisters and I were extremely pleased with the excellent service provided by Jenny and Emma.   Jenny was very professional throughout the arrangements we made for our Mum but at the same time she showed a very caring and compassionate manner, which was of great comfort to us all. On the day of Mum’s funeral Jenny was there to guide and reassure us throughout in her calming. discreet way.  I would strongly recommend Jenny and Emma at the Co-op, Paignton.

Dartmouth Funeralcare supported us completely in our need for a small informal funeral for my brother who died in the Torbay area, 200 miles from where we live. Their small Funeral Chapel on site was entirely appropriate for what we tried to achieve and Stephen was so helpful and flexible with an uncertain time frame. Thanks so much Dartmouth Funeralcare.

i an the most difficult time of my life losing my wife of 54 years you are completely at a loss and need all the experienced help to guide you through this situation and the coop did this for me starting with setting up funeral plans for my wife and i and then having to use one of those plans sooner than i thought the stress was reduced because everything was in place and cant thank you enough for the delicate and caring way your staff dealt with the funeral of my wife i would highly recommend your services to others who may need it some day regards from my family and myself r j appleby

Emma and Jenny were amazing and guided us through this extremely sad time, with great care and empathy. 
We were able to choose exactly what type of service we wanted. The chapel enabled us to have a completely personable and family led service.

Excellent service, we dealt mainly with Jen and Emma.  Everything went smoothly and we were reassured that they were at the end of the phone if we had any questions.  Jen took time to listen to all our thought processes as we discussed options and gave us advice when asked.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in future. Steve and the team at Co op funerals Paignton were so lovely to work with they made everything so easy at such a difficult time. Everything was handled with dignity and respect and I am so grateful. They went out of their way to make things easy for us as we were far away. And the service itself was beautiful. They were always at the end of the phone, always answered any emails and did everything we needed. I can highly recommend them.
