From when our Father passed and was taken into your care Not only was he treated with respect so were the family. 
As a family we were supported throughout  and not with just the planning of  the funeral and he service itself. Would highly recommend to anyone in the same position as us. We will I am sure be using your services again when the time arises. Thank you Simon and to all your team

Excellent service from Lindsey and her colleagues,
Pallbearers were so kind to my 103yr Nan, on the day.
High recommend JF Clarke funeral directors, to look after your lost loved one. Whilst supporting you at the same time.

Slight negative, I thought the £90 fee, to transfer body from body store to Chapel of rest, all within the same building. Within office hours was extremely high. Working myself within care after Death,£90 was extreme.

Apart from that I would without hesitation use JF CLARKE services again. They can be trusted to take excellent care of your past loved one.

From the first encounter with the team, we felt in very safe hands. Lindsey Cryer, the team's administrator who initially dealt with us and was with us throughout the process, was kind, considerate, heart felt and professional. Leah Wakely, our funeral director, ensured that all of our wishes were met, and actually exceeded our expectations. We loved the land-rover hearse, as we knew this would have meant a great deal to our father, the wild moorland flower arrangement was beyond our expectation, and all of our wishes were carried out with care, attention and reverence. What a brilliant team, who kept our dad safe until we had said our goodbyes. Thank you for caring.

Everyone I met or spoke to from the outset were so kind and caring and helped me from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and any queries raised were quickly sorted out. On the day of my husband's funeral everything was beautifully orchestrated which helped tremendously on such a sad occasion.

J F Clarke's have always had a first class reputation in Axminster and I am delighted to see that this is continuing under new leadership. With grateful thanks from all the Frankau family.

The entire funeral arrangements from beginning to end were dealt with faultlessly, to the extent that we were not even aware of what must have been going on in the background.

I have sadly had to use JF Clarke & Sons twice in last 5 months, I cannot rate the professionalism, caring, empathetic support highly enough, as we were guided through arrangements in organising funeral for my love ones.

Tim our point of contact was amazing, softly spoken and genuinely cared and understood my distress & upset at such sad time and gently suggested what I need to put in place, making everything so much easier.
Tim arranged everything from flowers, to music and even gave our eulogy at the crematorium in a very professional manner.
