My husband and I were met with warmth and encompassing kindness from the moment we met with Robin, who helped us with so much following the sudden death of my sister Lesley Glenn. Robin and Shirley have been wonderful throughout. Robin helped us with the funeral preparation, and gently prepared us for all the stages of administration of a loved one dying unexpectedly. Robin kept me informed throughout, and I can’t thank Shirley enough for her care of Lesley, and ensuring we bring her home. Thanks aren’t enough for you all, for Robin calling to let me know that Lesley was now in their care, and all the moments with you all. We said goodbye to my Dad with Cleveleys Cooperative funeral care last may 2020, and William Black Cooperative funeral care took care of me, Phil and Caitlin to help us say goodbye to Lesley. Thank you Robin, for connecting us with Tommy Baxter, the wonderful Celebrant. Thank you all at William Black cooperative funeral care in Brechin for supporting us, guiding us and for listening.
