VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. KEPT UPDATE ALL WAY THROUGH PROCESS UNTIL FUNERAL AND ALSO CALLED AFTERWARDS TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANYTHING ELSE THEY COULD DO. THEY VERY MUCH MAKE A DIFFICULT TIME EASY AND ANGIE WAS AN ABSOLUTE STAR.

William Black provided a very good service regarding my late aunt . The funeral was faultless and their response to any queries was immediate. They were extremely helpful as I don’t live locally , they were always  available at the end of the phone if required 
Special mention to Shirley , I turned up without prior notice and she made me feel nothing was to much bother .

We were both distressed and offended at the initial interview on the day of my mother’s death to be forced to sign a disclaimer allowing the undertaker to dispose of my mothers ashes should we fail to pick them up on time . This was badly handled and caused us distress . We also felt that far too much emphasis was placed on obtaining a ‘ credit history ‘ at the initial interview . I suggest that centrally driven protocols and processes be reviewed . Otherwise we were happy with services provided.
