We cannot recommend this funeral care highly enough. Michelle and Colin were kind, supportive and professional throughout. They guided us through the process of planning and arranging mum's funeral with great care and attention to detail. The service on the day went so smoothly and allowed us to focus on mum without having to worry about anything else.

Words will never ever thank these guys enough for the help and support they gave us all on the sudden death of my dad.
Their professionalism was second to none.
Michelle is so cut out for her job I personally feel I’ve made a good friend in the short time she cared for us all.
Colin also need a mention he was excellent with us all, and so proud to Paige my dad on to the streets, nothing was a problem.
Would certainly recommend this company to anyone who sadly has to look for a funeral director.

Colin and Michelle are absolute diamonds! Having lost my beautiful Grandma to whom I was very close, giving me time to sit with whichever emotion I needed to whilst helping me keep on track. They helped ensure I had done everything I possibly could, to make the funeral what my Grandma deserved. Every aspect was carefully considered with love. Colin and Michelle’s understanding, guidance and sense of humour helped me and my wee family get through the first few weeks with a sense of peace and calm. So thank you Michelle & Colin from William Gilchrist Funeral Care of 20 Ellon Road for looking after mum during the days before the ceremony. And for the smooth journey to the crematorium. Colin looked so smart as he walked in front of the hearse as the funeral cortege left the house and again when we arrived at the crematorium
