About Us

Emstrey Crematorium and Cemetery in Shropshire has served the local community since the 1950s.

The crematorium’s chapel has seating for up to 120 people, with standing room up to 50 additional people. Music for the service can be performed on the chapel’s organ or played from its online music library.

The chapel has disabled access and a hearing loop. Emstrey Crematorium and Cemetery also offers a range of memorials which can be placed in its Garden of Remembrance. The crematorium’s staff can work with you to choose and design for your loved one.

The opening hours for the office at Emstrey Crematorium and Cemetery are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

The Garden of Remembrance is open every day. The opening hours are 08:30 am-08:30 pm every day from 1st April to 15th October, and 08:30m am - 05:30 pm 16th October to 31st March.
