Isobel,

Isobel  was recommended by a friend who had used her for a family members funeral and it’s not difficult to see why. From the minute Izzie came into my home she radiated warmth, care and empathy. When Dad passed away unexpectedly we were in complete shock and didn’t know where to start with his funeral arrangements. We really wanted to honour his amazing life and give all his family, friends and fellow soldiers the chance to say goodbye properly. From the beginning, Izzy was incredibly caring, thoughtful and respectful. She made us feel like Dad was being looked after every step of the way and that he was still very much a part of everything. Her kindness and attention to detail throughout gave us great comfort.
This message from Izzy after the funeral sums up her wonderful support:
‘I’m still here if any of you need anything, I don’t just disappear now. Always here for you all.’
I would definitely recommend Izzy to anyone facing the hardest of times when a loved one passes away, we will always be grateful for the help she gave us to give Dad the farewell he deserved.

Izzy exceeded all expectations of what we could expect of a funeral director. Dignity, care,respect, kindness and compassion at the heart of all she said and did. She became the friend and confidente we didn't realise we needed! Nothing and nobody too much trouble for her, truly unsure how we would have navigated the unchartered waters in the early days without her
