I recently used Otter Valley Funerals after my husband’s death and Simon was very compassionate, nothing was too much trouble.  He was on hand to guide me through a difficult time and the whole process was trouble free. From our initial meeting with Simon, he was most helpful in guiding us in what we needed to do. He always responded promptly to our queries/emails which was impressive and very professional. On the day of the funeral everything went according to plan and done with respect. In our case a burial was involved, and there again everything went very well. I have nothing but praise for the way my aunt's funeral was conducted. I would highly recommend Otter Valley Funerals.

Otter Valley Funerals is run by the owner, Simon and his wife. It was, as promised, always Simon who answered messages and calls. He tuned into the type of funeral we thought we wanted from the first phone call and could not have been more helpful as we worked towards achieving a ceremony which was right for my husband and for our family.
We always felt in charge of the ceremony and behind the scenes Simon was utterly professional and we felt complete confidence in him, this was so important to us during an extremely difficult time. There was nothing else more that Simon could have done to help us and Otter Valley Funerals get a firm recommendation.
