They ensure that you are kept fully informed and deal with absolutely everything to make sure the day of the funeral and the process leading up to it are as you and your loved ones would want it to be.

The professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. Adrian who managed my late wife's funeral was very attentive, listened carefully to my requests and fulfilled everything we agreed. One example of attention to detail was that, at the end of the service, I had chosen John Rutter's arrangement of 23rd psalm. This has a very long instrumental introduction, before the choir starts. Adrian and the bearers, waited quietly, whilst the introduction played, so that, as the coffin left the church it was accompanied by the 23rd psalm words. Whilst this had not been specifically discussed during the preparations, it demonstrated the awareness and care exercised. This was so comforting and typical of my whole experience with Littleproud and Son.
