Moores could not have done anymore to support the planning and management of the funeral. The support made the planning more bearable and the team on the funeral day were so respectful they treated us just as they would have treated their own family. Thank you very much for all your support . 🙏🏻

As soon as we walked Angela treated us with compassion and under standing made the whole process of organising my wifes funeral much less painful than i expected why go anywhere else when you have had such fantastic treatment Angela was wonderful

Following the passing of my mother Moore's have been absolutely wonderful.
Their no fuss approach to all the arrangements which I thought would be a challenge gave such peace of mind.
Angela who dealt us was a guiding light, very compassionate, extremely helpful and friendly.
The event went very smoothly and was exactly as we had planned it.
Another big thank you to all the Moore's team at the crematorium.

Hello Natalie , just wanted to let you know how pleased myself and my family are with the way Malcolm’s funeral was conducted . From start to finish everything was perfect in every way and the flowers were just what I wanted for my beautiful husband . Everybody in the congregation commented on how regal you & the service was . Gareth Benton delivered the family tributes and memories in such a heartfelt way , I thank you all from the bottom of my heart , Mrs D Crawford

The second funeral this year by Moore's. They offer a truly superb professional and personal service. Angela was empathetic, she anticipated our needs and communicated well especially dealing with the church, cemetery and stone mason on our behalf. Leaving us worrying free. We choose Moores again, after they provided a professional and sensitive service for my uncle 10years ago. They did not dissappoint. Their professionalism continues along with sensitivity, to the emotional experience of the service they provide. Nothing was too much trouble and we were always listened to with genuine empathy without being patronising. The total service is excellent and would not hesitate to recommend their service. Thank you for making such a tough time more bearable.

My sisters and I have visited Moores in Southbourne twice in 16 months for both our parents. We arrived unsure what to expect and left feeling confident and comforted. The team are professional, caring and understanding and updated us with everything through such a difficult time. We would like to say a thank you to Angela who was amazing at reassuring us through the process and Lee our parents celebrant who spoke with care and transferred our memories into words. We cannot thank you enough for the help you gave us.

Moore's were compassionate and respectful throughout the entire process of handling my mother's arrangements. Everyone was so kind - the gentlemen who came to collect my mother at home after her death, the funeral directors at the office, and the hearse driver and escort.
Another thing that stood out for me was the lack of pressure to upgrade the casket. My mother wanted something simple and natural, and that's what we were offered, nothing more.
At such a difficult time as losing a loved one, having such deep respect and care taken by the funeral directors made the experience more bearable, and even beautiful.Nuria Delgado-Colomo replied
