From the moment we met Oliver and his colleagues when they came to take my dad, to the day of his funeral they were professional, kind, attentive respectful, immaculately dressed. Oliver Knapman provided a very professional service, but conducted himself in a very sensitive and compassionate fashion. Oliver was always at the end of a phone or present in person if you needed to talk some things over. He, his staff and hearse were all immaculately turned out. Oliver was truly one of the most patient and understanding men I have met and his funeral care cannot be recommended highly enough. Being able to deal with one person throughout the process meant that everything had a very personal touch. He was flexible and understanding with everything I needed; with every part of the process explained clearly and professionally. There was never any rush and he always made sure to make time for me. Even when visiting the office, I was immediately welcomed and he knew me without having to consult papers or ask. This personal knowledge made the pain a little more bearable as I never had to explain myself repeatedly. The funeral was perfectly planned and conducted with true respect and dignity.
Oliver is an independent funeral director and truly embodies all the benefits of this. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a kind and personal touch at a painful time.

Oliver has conducted two family funerals for us now and on both occasions he has been an absolute marvel, it is such a difficult time but Oliver provides wisdom , dignity and gentle direction to ensure that the occasion is all that you would want it to be for your loved one and your friends and family.
Oliver's cortege cars and team are immaculate and reassuring, flowers sourced by Oliver are gorgeous.
